Sheng-ping Hu got his Ph.D. degree in Political Science at Boston University. He also got another Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of National Development at National Taiwan University. He is an assistant professor in the Department of International Studies at Nan-hua University. He also teaches graduate level courses in the Graduate Institute of American Studies at Chinese Culture University and in the Graduate School of International Affairs at Ming-Chuan University. His research areas include international relations, comparatives politics, East Asia Studies, the foreign policy of the PRC and U.S. foreign policy.
